How to Get There

Open your book of fairy-tales to the first page and get ready for your journey to Amboise. Depending on your preference, you can reach Amboise by rail or by air. If you decide to take a plane, your best option is to fly into Tours Val de Loire Airport. It’s just 20 minutes from there into town. The Paris airports Orly or Charles de Gaulle aren’t very far either. From Paris, it’s a two-hour train ride to Amboise. You’ll already be able to catch an exciting glimpse or two of the enchanting castles in the Loire Valley from the window of your train. Bon voyage!
